Kaizen is a Japanese philosophy of continuous improvement at workplace. Kaizen was introduced by Toyota as a motto for the manufacturing industry but gradually\, it became an integral part of multiple other industries. It has proven to deliver significant results in personal lives too. \nPurpose:  \nImplementation of Kaizen in Industrial Operations will facilitate understanding about Kaizen and its implications in daily operations increasing accuracy\, productivity\, improving quality\, reducing cost and improving safety through gradual and continuous improvement. This experiential workshop is designed with the intent to create a good environment through Lean Management and Waste Reduction based on the philosophy of “Muda”\, “Muri”\, and “Mura”. \nScope: \nIn this Workshop\, together we shall be working on how to improve processes via lean tools like Kaizen and 5S. Kaizen and 5S\, they go hand-in-hand. Together\, we will learn &adopt the philosophy\, principles and guidelines of Kaizen. 5S is a Japanese philosophy that defines management of space and task flow with the intent to improve efficiency by identifying and eliminating waste\, improving activity flow and reducing processes inefficiencies.
